Our warranty is your guarantee that we've got you covered.

The HydraTech vest is warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If any of our products ever fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, we'll replace them free of charge.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials, vest, velcro straps, water sleeves and workmanship are covered by this policy.

What is wear and tear?

The warranty does not cover any wear and tear that may happen due to normal use over the course of time.

Natural wear and tear is an inevitable part of using any product. This means that no matter how carefully you use your weight vest, there will be visible damage as a result from daily use.

Whether you have had your weight vest for years or just bought it recently, the reality is that over time everything will show its wear. 

What does lifetime mean?

Lifetime does not refer to a person's lifetime, it refers to the lifetime of the product. You can extend the life of your hydratech vest by caring for it properly. 

How to properly care for your weight vest?

Follow these simple guidelines:

DO:

• Wash your weighted vest by hand with warm soapy water
• Allow to soak in a bath or large sink
• Use a scourer sponge to scrub at any hard to remove stains
• Simply air dry following the deep clean

DON’T:

• Drop your water vest after a workout or throw it at any point
• Pick up the vest by the adjustable side straps. Always use the shoulder straps or the body of the weighted vest to carry around
• Use bleach or other agents that may affect the color of the vest
• Put the vest in the spinning washing machine (as this is harder on the stitching and will likely reduce the product lifespan)
